Personal cards
Unlike some other rewards programs, with Altitude Rewards your points will not expire while you are an Altitude cardholder.
Earning points
With Altitude’s Personal cards, you can earn points on most day-to-day
expenses, from a bag of groceries to a new outfit or tank of petrol. These points
can be redeemed for a range of rewards, from retail vouchers to hotel stays.
You can also transfer your points to a selection of airline partners2.
Plus, you can also nominate one additional cardholder attached to your account which can help you earn points even faster.

Altitude Black and Platinum Cards offer Accelerated Earn3 & 4, this means you can earn more reward points per dollar spent on eligible purchases when you shop with our selected partners5. Another way to earn more points for your everyday spend.
Business cards

How to start earning points
With Altitude’s Business cards, you can earn points on most work-related expenses – even your bills and government payments1. These points can be
redeemed for a range of rewards, from gifts for your clients, to flights and hotel
stays for your business1. You can also transfer your points to a selection of airline partners2.
Plus, you can have two cardholders earning points for one account, which
means you can earn points even faster1.

Things you should know
- 1. The earning and redemption of Altitude Points is subject to the Westpac Altitude Terms and Conditions or the Westpac Altitude Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions outline which purchases are eligible for points and the circumstances when you will not earn points, including when your account is overdue. For personal cards, purchases or payments to a local, state or federal government entity or government related agency are also not eligible to earn points.

The Altitude Terms and Conditions or the Altitude Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and the relevant frequent flyer program to redeem Altitude points for frequent flyer points and a joining fee may apply. The Altitude Terms and Conditions and relevant frequent flyer program terms and conditions apply. Reward flights may be limited and points may be subject to expiry once transferred.
- 3. Accelerated Earn - Flights: Applies for the first $10,000 spent on flights per calendar month, then reverts to the Purchase earn rate for each $1 spent thereafter. Only applies to flights purchased directly with the participating airlines using your Altitude Black or Altitude Platinum Mastercard. Excludes flights not purchased directly with the participating airlines in Australia, for example flights purchased through a travel agent, online aggregators, or other airlines such as a code-share etc. Participating airlines are subject to change. Accelerated Earn - Shop, Stream, Ride and Stay: Applies only to domestic spend made in Australian dollars or any other currency (and converted to Australian dollars) using your card account with a Merchant who is located in Australia.
