If funds remain on your Mastercard Gift Virtual Account after the Valid Thru date, call customer service to receive a no cost replacement Mastercard Gift Virtual Account. There is a $4.95 Monthly Maintenance Fee, which starts on the first day of the 13th month, after 12 months of inactivity. If this Mastercard Gift Virtual Account is lost or stolen, there is a $5.00 Account Replacement Fee to issue a new Mastercard Gift Virtual Account. The Mastercard Gift Virtual account can be redeemed at every internet, mail, and/or telephone merchant everywhere Debit Mastercard is accepted in the United States.
