Accessing your Altitude Rewards Account
To access your Altitude Rewards Account online, you'll need to sign into your Westpac account via Westpac Online Banking or the Westpac App.
Already registered
- From mobile, sign in to Westpac Online Banking and search for 'Rewards & Offers', select 'Altitude Reward Points' and follow the prompts.
- From desktop, sign in to Westpac Online Banking. Go to 'Rewards & Offers', select 'Altitude Reward Points' and follow the prompts.
- Forgot customer ID or password?

- Step 1 - Register for Westpac Online Banking.
- Step 2 - Sign in to Westpac Online Banking.
- Step 3 - Select or search ‘Rewards & Offers’, select 'Altitude Reward Points' and follow the prompts.
The Altitude Rewards Centre is also available if you need personalised help in checking your points balance, redeeming your points or managing your Rewards account.

1. The earning and redemption of Altitude Points is subject to the Altitude Rewards Terms and Conditions or Altitude Business Rewards Terms and Conditions. The terms and conditions outline which purchases are eligible for points and the circumstances when you will not earn points, including when your account is overdue. For personal cards, purchases or payments to a local, state or federal government entity or government related agency are also not eligible to earn points.
2. You must be a member of the relevant frequent flyer program to redeem Altitude Points for frequent flyer points and a joining fee may apply. The Altitude Terms and Conditions or the Altitude Business Rewards Terms and Conditions and relevant frequent flyer program terms and conditions apply. Reward flights may be limited and points may be subject to expiry once transferred.
